care of your jewelry
Instructions for care will be included with each piece. If a rouge cloth is appropriate, one will be included with your purchase. If a tarnish remover can be used, I will tell you. Oxidation, or tarnish, is a high variable, for each sterling piece acquires a patina according to the body chemistry of its owner, and often the natural patina that time provides enhances the look. It is an individual preference. If your piece is extremely detailed and oxidation has been used to highlight areas, and you would like the highlights returned to their original luster, you are welcome to return it to me to polish, or bring it to your favorite qualified jeweler, for a professional polishing. Please feel free to ask me any questions about care of your piece. Store your piece in a soft area such as a jewelry box or plastic bag to prevent scratching and tangles. I cannot stress enough how storing your jewelry on a soft enclosed surface will extend the life of your jewelry. Avoid moisture and chemicals. Handle all jewelry gently so that it may live out its life with you and then make its way to the next generation.
Your own ideas for special and custom orders are welcome. If you see something that you like, but would like an alteration, a different type or color stone, etc. please let me know. I will accommodate your idea when ever possible. Please know that custom work is outside of ordinary production, and extra time or materials may be required to make alterations or refinements, etc. Time requirements and price for a project will be discussed and agreed upon by us both, and confirmed via email, prior to a transaction. A non refundable 50% down payment is required to begin work specified to your ideas and visions for custom work. Custom orders are non returnable. I will issue you an invoice and upon receipt of your down payment, commence with your piece. Upon completion I will send you an invoice for the balance, and upon receipt of full payment, and prior to shipment, I will notify you of shipping information and the estimated time of arrival of your new bobby dazzler!
I ship all items insured through the United States Postal Service. In stock items will be shipped within three working days of purchase. All items are calculated according to weight, destination, and desired method of shipping. A flat rate is set on website but please note that there may be exceptions due to destination and value. I will notify you if that is the case.
Please note that your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.
Expedited shipping requires extra charge. If another shipping method is preferred, please notify me and it can be arranged.
Festive occasion gift wrapping is happily provided upon request with a small additional charge.
I accept PayPal or an alternative payment may be arranged. For custom work, please send me your requests, and the time frame, if one exists, that you require. All variables that spring forth will be discussed and agreed upon by us both prior to all transactions and commencement of the piece being made.
If you see something here that you like, and would like to arrange a payment plan, I offer a three month lay away plan of one third full price down, and the remainder paid over three months. Please contact me to arrange your purchase and I will send you an invoice through either Square or PayPal. With all purchases, upon receipt of full payment, and prior to shipment, I will notify you of shipping information and the estimated time of arrival.
To order an "out of stock" stock item, a half total down payment earnest money is required at the time of order. Please contact me and after we agree on what it is that you would like and the amount of time it will take me to safely acquire the materials that you would like in your piece, I will send you an invoice for your down payment. After your payment is received I will commence with your piece. Upon completion I will send you your invoice. Upon receipt of your payment I will package and send your purchase to you, and notify you with the estimated time of arrival. If you are not pleased with an out of stock, stock item that you order, it may be returned for an in store credit, provided that it is in its original condition, unused and with the tags as originally affixed to it when you received it. If there is something that you would like altered. please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
refunds and exchanges
Your satisfaction, and that you are fully pleased, is important. I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact me if you are not. I am always open to working with you if the adjustments you would like are possible. We can put our heads together to discuss all options.
I accept returns or exchanges of stock items for online or store credit, provided that the returned item is unworn, is in its original condition, and that the tags are, as originally affixed to the piece. Any exchanges or returns must be arranged and authorized with me prior to them being shipped. They must be shipped to me in insured and secure packaging within 14 business days of receipt of delivery to you. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. I do not issue refunds on custom orders, unless the piece can be easily returned to my inventory, subject to my assessment, but for the most part, expect that the sale of a custom order piece is final, and that your down payment is non refundable or exchangeable.
